Good day .
WOuld like to know if the following is possible . Buying yarn from ,say China or where ever . Making the fabric from the yarn here in South Africa . The fabric then get exported to Mauritius . The fabric is then used to make garments in Mauritius . Garments gets exported to South Africa . My question is , does the garments qualify for a SACD certificate to come in to SA free of duty or not .
Kind regards
JOhn
