  2. Hi, I have read and heard a lot about the revival and expansion of the south african shipbuilding industry. Can you please give your views on this subject as well what is goverment doing, the implications and draw backs that we might notice because of such a move!

    WOuld like to know if the following is possible . Buying yarn from ,say China or where ever . Making the fabric from the yarn here in South Africa . The fabric then get exported to Mauritius . The fabric is then used to make garments in Mauritius . Garments gets exported to South Africa . My question is , does the garments qualify for a SACD certificate to come in to SA free of duty or not .
